  Shake It Up
Presentation Tips from the Dogs
When dogs feel nervous, they shake off their tension. When you find yourself breathing shallowly before a presentation, you can shake off tension, too.

1. Find a private place, like a bathroom stall.

2. With door closed, shake it up! Wriggle and shake your body from your knees to your shoulders (not your neck). Flap your wrists and BREATHE.

3. Take three more deep breaths through your nose before exiting.

You will feel the energy zoom back into your body. You have re-oxygenated your blood and refreshed  your brain. Much calmer now, you are ready to make a successful entrance.
